Do I need to register to attend the meeting in person?
No, you only need to register if you wish to attend by video conference.
How do I attend the meeting by video conference?
You can register and request a meeting code by sending an email to vicepresident@cambridgeringette.ca at least one day in advance of the meeting.
Can I vote by proxy?
Yes! Download and complete the form of proxy and email to secretary@cambridgeringette.ca - NOTE: completed and signed proxies must be submitted to the Secretary by email no later than Tuesday, Oct. 8th at 7:30 PM.
