AGM - May 9

Join us for Cambridge Ringette's Annual General Meeting. 

It is open to all members (including parents/guardians of players under the age of 18, players 18+, coaches, trainers, managers, officials).

The purpose of the meeting is to elect our new volunteer executive (President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer and additional board members) for the coming year and to review the season’s financial report. For a full list of the positions and job descriptions for our board members please have a look at our policies and guidelines here. Nominations can be submitted by email in advance here or proposed in person at the meeting.

It is also an opportunity to get an early update on next season. Right after the meeting, we will share some information on teams, registration, and some new initiatives we are proposing in the coming year.

The meeting takes place at Hespeler Memorial Auditorium.

If you can’t attend and wish to vote by proxy, please request our proxy form from secretary@cambridgeringette.ca. Proxies must be submitted by Tuesday May 7.
